Grilled Clams Recipe:
- 2 lbs fresh clams
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the clams under cold running water and scrub them clean with a brush.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the clams on a baking sheet and brush them with the garlic and herb mixture.
- Grill the clams for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they open up.
- While the clams are grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Once melted, add the white wine to the pan and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove the clams from the grill and transfer them to a serving dish.
- Pour the butter and wine sauce over the clams and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
