Grilled Clams Recipe:


  • 2 lbs fresh clams
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse the clams under cold running water and scrub them clean with a brush.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the clams on a baking sheet and brush them with the garlic and herb mixture.
  5. Grill the clams for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they open up.
  6. While the clams are grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Once melted, add the white wine to the pan and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Remove the clams from the grill and transfer them to a serving dish.
  9. Pour the butter and wine sauce over the clams and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
