  • Rice flour: 400g
  • Pork: 200g
  • Shrimp: 150g
  • Coconut milk: 50ml
  • Beer: 100 ml
  • Onion, garlic, chili, ginger

  • Turmeric powder, fish sauce, spices, pepper


Step 1: Mix Flour to Make Pancakes

Put rice flour in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well.

Then slowly pour the mixed water into the flour bowl, stir the flour bowl well to have a liquid mixture without lumps. Then cut into a little green onion and leave it for about 30 minutes before making the cake.

Put the pan on the stove to heat the cooking oil, pour the smooth dough around the pan surface to be very thin, then cover the lid for about half a minute.

Open the lid and then add the shrimp, mushroom and sautéed meat mixture, add a few bean sprouts to spread evenly on the surface of the cake, then cover the pan again for about 2 minutes until the cake is cooked.

Fold the cake in half and wait until the cake is golden on both sides and crispy.
